Returns & Refunds Policy – FitnessFuelCo

At FitnessFuelCo, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness equipment and accessories for your home training needs. While we hope you love every product you receive, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please read our returns and refunds policy below, which is written in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


⚖️ Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the ACL, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product you purchase:

  • Is faulty or unsafe
  • Does not match the description or sample
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

These rights apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy and cannot be limited.


🔁 Change of Mind Returns (Strict Conditions Apply)

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following strict conditions:

  • The return is requested within 5 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unassembled, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging
  • All manuals, tags, and accessories are included
  • You can provide a valid proof of purchase
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (see below)
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund

⚠️ All returns must be pre-approved.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Used or assembled fitness equipment
  • Opened or unsealed accessories (e.g. mats, gloves, resistance bands)
  • Hygiene-sensitive items
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards or digital products


📦 How to Request a Return

To start your return:

  1. Email us at contact@fitnessfuelco.com
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or faulty
  3. Our team will assess your request and respond with instructions
  4. If approved, you must ship the item within 5 business days of approval


💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Change-of-mind refunds will have the 15% restocking fee deducted
  • Faulty or misrepresented items are eligible for full refunds, including original shipping costs
  • Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account


If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@fitnessfuelco.com
