📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


⏱️ Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated between 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to peak periods, warehouse logistics, or courier delays.
  • If we anticipate any delay, we’ll contact you before dispatch to offer you the choice to proceed or cancel.


🚛 Shipping Fees

We offer Australia-wide shipping, with fees calculated based on the delivery zone assigned to your postcode.

Free Shipping for Most Metro Areas

Most metropolitan postcodes qualify for free shipping on eligible products.

Regional & Remote Zones

Customers in Regional and Remote areas will see shipping fees automatically applied at checkout. These fees vary depending on:

  1. Your postcode’s designated shipping zone
  2. The size and weight of the product

How Shipping Is Calculated

Every postcode in Australia is assigned to a specific shipping zone. Each product may have a different shipping cost for each zone, and the correct rate will be displayed automatically once you enter your address at checkout.


🌏 International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia only.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, Parcel Lockers, or APO/FPO addresses.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
You can monitor your parcel's progress in real time.
While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, FitnessFuelCo is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, extreme weather, or seasonal demand.


🧾 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at contact@fitnessfuelco.com as soon as possible.
Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
